Tracy Davies
President / Settlement Clerk
Tracy joined Evans Abstract in October 2004, and has earned the full confidence of the owners of Evans Abstract to handle all of the business questions. She over sees all operations and assures that any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Debbie Jakielaszek
Vice President / Licensed Settlement Clerk
Debbie has been an integral part of Evans Abstract since 1988. She knows the title insurance business from the ground up and earned her title license in 2005. She has served as the lead settlement clerk for over two decades.
Kelly Colon
Licensed Settlement Clerk
Kelly became part of the Evans Abstract family in 2019. Starting her career in 2000 she obtained her title license in 2007. Kelly is thorough and methodical in every aspect of her job and is a valued member of our team.
Melissa Haring
Licensed Settlement Clerk
Melissa began in the real estate industry in 1998 transitioning to Title Insurance in 2002. She earned her title license in 2005. Melissa brought over 20 years of experience when she joined Evans Abstract in 2023.
Janey Kollock
Title Processor
Janey joined Evans in 2015 as our title processor. Janey processes all our title applications and handles the distribution of commitments and policies. Janey will be your first point of contact and assists in guiding you through the closing process.
Victoria Rivera
Administrative Assistant
Victoria joined our team in 2021. Victoria provides daily support to our closing staff utilizing her many strengths including her organizational skills and attention to detail.
